Fraser Aitken
Co Owner
Fraser has lived and worked around the world for 40 years managing the development and delivery of luxury hotels, retail and commercial projects.
His approach recognises the importance of the measurement of project progress—cost and time, both historical and looking forward.

Being a results orientated professional, Fraser possesses considerable development experience from inception to project handover with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate project teams to secure development goals.

Robert Darrow
Founder
Working as a CM, PM, DM and Director of an Investment fund prior to founding AMDAS enabled Robert to develop a unique skill set that adds value to our Client base providing an “outsourced but in-house” approach to consultancy through all cycles of the development process from acquisition, feasibility, procurement and into asset management during a 25 career in residential, hotel and mixed use development.

Tom Eshelby
Non-Executive Director
Tom is a non-executive Director of AMDAS with a broad range of expertise across real estate development, with his career to date spanning Macquarie Bank, Savills, Land Securities and British Land. Tom was most recently Managing Director at a vertically integrated Modular developer.
Currently Housing Advisor to Build Offsite, Tom liaises with key stakeholders including Homes England and BOPAS; he enables Housing Associations, Local Authorities and private developers to move into the manufactured and digitalised delivery of their projects.

Bert Salt
Senior Project Manager
Bert has undertaken his own developments and is an experienced project manager with knowledge across multiple sectors. Having run his own developments Bert adds value to all of his Clients, truly understanding their perspective and challenges beyond a traditional consultant. Bert is experienced with funding structures, project planning, stakeholder management and provides charismatic leadership to developments.

Jeremy Thorman
Customer Care Manager
Jeremy leads our apartment handover service with 30 years experience working across sales, estate agency, property development and customer care. He has been responsible for managing and developing customer care teams in prime central London. He has also overseen pre-completion inspections and defect works, prior to handover to the buyers. He has excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail and customer service knowledge.

JeKim Moonsuk
Customer Care
Highly experienced with Asian culture Moonsuk is a key interface for property occupiers and their families.Moonsuk ensures the expectations of each occupier is met and truly understands what the customer experience means for different types of resident.
Moonsuk is responsible for our check in arrival experience and training occupiers on how the property is designed to work.

Michael Davies
Project Assistant
Michael is developing his career as a Quantity Surveyor with AMDAS. He is currently managing £20m of FF&E works at an Ultra prime residential development in central London working alongside the worlds finest Interior Designers.

Nina Shah
Administrator
Nina coordinates HR and administration within the business. The role covers annual leave, sickness, expenses through Payfit, company policy management, document control, maintenance of company templates and payment to all external suppliers.

Hasmita Patel
Finance Manager
Hasmita is the company finance manager, producing our monthly management accounts, annual accounts and coordinating payroll. Hasmita is a strong communicator with all staff, company accountant, PAYROLL providers and Tax authorities.
