AMDAS were appointed by Greenland UK to provide residential customer care and handover services over the last two years.
This was a complex regeneration scheme with twelve sectional completions over several months and a mixture of owner occupiers, investors and rental properties.
AMDAS integrated two of the Client staff into their team and trained them in our customer processes developed over many years.
Our role encompassed ensuring each unit was suitable for legal completion, managing sparkle cleans, purchaser inspections, check in experience, move in logistics, apartment training, logging and responding to defects.
In addition AMDAS ensured void apartments were properly maintained and issues raised by occupiers were proper defects prior to liaison with the main contractor. We have ensured strong communications with all occupiers to update them with progress and ensure an excellent customer journey which upholds our Clients international brand.
